At Devshilp, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and without any hidden shipping charges. We believe that every customer deserves a smooth shopping experience, which is why we offer FREE shipping on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above ₹499 across India.
Shipping is not free for us—we bear the complete delivery cost on your behalf. If a shipment is returned because it was not accepted or the delivery address was incorrect, we incur additional courier and return charges. Therefore, we request all customers to place orders responsibly and ensure they are available to receive their package.
Please Help Us Deliver Your Order Smoothly
To avoid delays or failed deliveries, we kindly request you to:

Provide your complete and accurate shipping address, including landmark and PIN code.

Enter a valid mobile number that is reachable by our delivery partner.

Be available to receive the parcel when the courier attempts delivery.

Accept the order once it reaches your doorstep. Repeated order rejections or non-acceptance may affect your eligibility for future Cash on Delivery orders.
Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders receive priority processing since payment is confirmed at the time of purchase. There is no order verification process for prepaid orders.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 business day.

Delivery generally takes 4–5 business days, depending on your location.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
To reduce fraudulent or fake orders, all COD orders may go through a verification process before dispatch.

Order verification usually takes 1–2 business days.

After successful verification, your order is processed and shipped within the next business day.

Delivery generally takes a few additional days, and most customers receive their order within 7 business days from the date of placing the order.
If our team is unable to verify a COD order or cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled for security reasons.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, remote delivery locations, courier network issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such situations, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
